My family enjoyed the multiple entertainment options for kids. The water park, entertainment zone, and club safari were hits with my children. The food at the restaurants was very good. The beach was also clean.

The location is a bit far from central attractions, so a car or ride-sharing service is needed to get around.

The variety of food available pleased everyone in my group. Breakfast included many options. The kitchen staff, Chef Ning and Chef Pok were excellent and always prepared good food. The service in Sheesh was particularly good.

The hotel has direct access to a large white sandy beach. The hotel is close to the airport, facilitating easy transportation (the constant airplane traffic is noticeable). The island location provides a quieter atmosphere than the city center.

The family room provided ample space, i found it great. the pools were heated. breakfast had a wide variety of foods. I liked that. the christmas party impressed us. i also appreciated the mirage room upgrade we received when requesting a stay extension, very nice indeed.

the different dining options and the hotel website were slightly complicated.

i found the pools to be a good temperature now. the gym was a nice bonus and i made use of it. the kids club was great and my children enjoyed their time there.

people were not queuing correctly so it was frustrating. it caused some delay when trying to get around the hotel

The location felt isolated. it took a long taxi ride to get to attractions. our room had a malfunctioning bathtub faucet making it hard to get the right temperature. also, housekeeping twice left our door ajar after cleaning. Luckily we used the safe but it was unsettling.

The staff were generally helpful. The room was clean when i arrived.

I had issues at check-in. The process was slow and disorganized, frustrating after a long flight. also, i noticed the hallways lacked sufficient air conditioning.
